• Dylan Tull — Founder of Sauna Care and a yoga instructor. Built Sauna Care from the ground up, now servicing leading wellness centres across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
• Umar Nguyen — Known as “The Fish Girl,” Umar is a seafood professional and former chef focused on sustainable seafood, pioneering scampi caviar and ethical, fully traceable seafood supply chains.
• Ioannis Kasidokostas — Head Chef at Aegli Melbourne. A Greek-born chef from Athens who has worked in some of Greece and Europe’s finest restaurants, including Michelin-starred kitchens.
• Philip Johnson — Chef and restaurateur behind Brisbane’s iconic e’cco Bistro. A celebrated chef who developed his craft across Australia, London, and New Zealand.
• Sean Ryan — Media executive and former General Manager of Nova Brisbane, now Queensland State Director at News Corp, with extensive experience leading high-performing media operations.
• Elly Symons — Melbourne-based Greek diaspora advocate with deep Greek heritage, involved in cultural and community initiatives including the Australian Parthenon Committee.
• Nicole Tilse — Fashion personality and former Miss World Australia, with a career spanning modelling, television, and international pageants.
