From breaking world records and building businesses from the ground up to navigating personal challenges and creative pursuits, each guest brings a unique perspective to an evening shaped by honest conversation and the “unrepeatable nature of a moment.”


Episode 3 features the following guests:

  • Nathan Toleman — CEO of The Mulberry Group, a leading restaurant group in Melbourne. Starting with a small café, Nathan has grown the business to six restaurants and cafés, along with a farm.
  • Ian Jacobs — Self-defence advocate, fitness and nutrition business owner, and former Triple World Champion, known for achieving the world’s fastest kickboxing knockout in 1.8 seconds.
  • Melody Horrill — Published author and marine conservationist, supporting organisations including the Jane Goodall Institute and KivHDolphinWatch.
  • Angela Fabian — Professional vocalist and former contestant on Channel 9’s The Voice Season 9 (2020), where she received a three-chair turn from Boy George, Delta Goodrem, and Kelly Rowland for her performance of Amazing Grace.
  • Sarah Johnson — Practitioner of natural healing who studied Ancient Chinese Philosophy for the body and mind with Master Yang at Calligraphy Health. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, and practitioner of Restorative Yoga and Rebirthing Breathwork.
  • Richard Cornish — Award-winning food writer and author of five books, renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of food and ingredients.
  • Chef Thi Le — Chef and owner of Vietnamese eateries Anchovy and Ca Com Banh Mi Bar in Richmond, Melbourne.
