Angela Fabian is an American-born jazz, soul and blues singer, songwriter and storyteller whose voice has carried her across continents, cultures and more than three decades of performance.

Growing up in Omaha, Nebraska, Angela discovered singing through church, learning early that a voice could do more than entertain. It could move people.

That discovery became a life.

From touring North America as a young performer to singing for troops around the world, Angela built an international career that took her through Europe and Asia before eventually making Australia home.

Along the way, she shared stages with extraordinary names, including Miles Davis and Salt-N-Pepa, performed in major venues across Asia and Australia, and developed a reputation for a voice grounded equally in jazz, soul, blues and lived experience.

But one of the most revealing chapters came later.

At around 50, after decades of performing, Angela stepped onto the stage of The Voice Australia and sang Amazing Grace.

Three chairs turned.

It was not the beginning of her career. It was proof that a new beginning can happen in the middle of one.

Angela went on to make the Top 20, introducing a national television audience to a voice that had already travelled the world.
